Jon Baker runs Baker Literary Scouting, a full-service adult literary scouting company that advises and advocates on behalf of a select list of international publishers and domestic TV/film clients to find appropriate projects to publish in translation or to adapt for a variety of platforms. With over 15 years' experience in markets throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas, he reads and recommends books that cover a broad spectrum of material, from fiction to non-fiction, commercial bestsellers to literary prize-winners.
