Excellent podcast!
I have found so many great reads from this podcast, and I love listening to authors talk about how they got into writing or their ideas for their works. Such a great inside look to how a book gets created. And Cindy has some amazing authors on this podcast. I definitely recommend this podcast for anyone who loves to read, who wants to write a book, or just get to know some authors better. Love it, thank you Cindy!

This podcast is amazing!!
I’ve never felt more connected to the book community than when I listen to this podcast. As a bookseller, it’s so helpful to keep up to date with the latest books and new authors. Cindy is also just such a pleasant podcaster to listen to!

EXCELLENT PODCAST!!
This is such a wonderful podcast. Every single episode is riveting and insightful. I love learning more about the craft and Cindy does a wonderful job asking all the right questions and facilitating the flow of the conversation. It's clear that she cares deeply about the work and the authors that she supports. I highly recommend this podcast!

I love Cindy's podcasts because she delves below the surface and gets to the heart of what each book is about. Her questions are insightful and sometimes challenging, forcing us authors to think about our craft. And I love the fact that she painstakingly edits out the fumbles and stumbles so I sound reasonably articulate. I know there must be a huge amount of work behind each episode but she makes them sound effortless – and always fun to listen to.

What a fascinating podcast! Get directly into the minds of authors and their craft. It's great for finding new books to read, learning about your favorite authors, and staying current with the literary world. Highly recommend to all of my bookish friends!

She talks with them about their process, their inspirations and their paths to publication. As an avid reader and a writer, this is my go-to podcast! Burnett is a natural interviewer and podcast host—I highly, highly recommend tuning in!

Fantastic podcast
This podcast is excellent. Cindy interviews such a wide variety of authors. I have learned a lot about new books and listened to great conversations.
Insightful and fun
I have had the immense privilege of being a guest on Thoughts from a Page twice now, and both times has been such a great experience! Cindy always comes prepared, with thoughtful questions and an effortless warmth. She gets into craft, process, theme, and more. I love listening to all her other interviews, too!

Wonderful Range of Books and Authors!
Listening to Cindy interviewing an author gives me the feeling I’m sitting right next to them, sipping a glass of wine and listening to a great conversation about books and reading. She interviews wonderful authors across many genres, and always asks thoughtful questions. There’s always interesting topics in every interview — and I love hearing the authors’ (and Cindy’s) book recommendations! Highly recommended!
